Bulk export (CSV, JSON, XLSX) is available in the dashboard on Pro and above. The API also lets a read-only key export your catalogue.
The passport PDF is public by design: anyone with the link or the QR code can download it, on every plan — the ESPR requires passport data to be freely accessible. Your dashboard and the API let you export it for your own products.

Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe.
How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan lets you create passports for up to 5 products at no cost, for as long as you like. When you need more capacity or features, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Your existing products and passports remain accessible.
Which plans include the PPWR conformity documents?
Every paid plan does, from Starter (€29/month) upward: unlimited PPWR Declarations of Conformity under Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, each with its Annex VII technical file. The plans differ on the DPP side, not on PPWR: Starter covers 100 product records, Pro (€79/month) 2,000 plus API access and custom branding, Business (€149/month) unlimited. Subscription prices exclude VAT. Without a plan, a single declaration is a one-time €49 including VAT.
Can I cancel at any time?
All plans are billed monthly by default with no minimum commitment. Cancel before your next billing date and you retain full access until the end of that period. Annual billing is available at a 17% discount if you prefer to pay upfront.
Is dpp-tool.com an approved tool under EU Regulation 2025/40 (PPWR)?
dpp-tool.com is software that helps you prepare and structure the data required by PPWR Regulation (EU) 2025/40, including the Declaration of Conformity fields set out in Annex VIII and the technical file requirements in Annex VII. The tool does not replace formal compliance assessment: validation of your specific products remains the responsibility of the competent market surveillance authority in your Member State.
